Q3.The web site shows the sample fee, whether it includs the express fee or air freight?
No, the sample fee does not the express/air freight.
Q4.Are you a factory or trading company?
We are factory with more than 20 years experience of wood swing set and swing accessory.
Q5.Are you able to customize products?
Yes, no matter material, size, color, logo or package, OEM is acceptable.
Q6.Can you supply the third party test certificate?
Our products have passed the third party test, such as EN71, CPSIA, FS963. If need, we can supply such certificates.
Q7.you have your own QC team?
We have a QC team with 8 technicians.
Q8.Can we add our Logo?
Yes,we can design a Alu.logo plaque, and can print logo on all packages.
Q9.Can you help customer arrange the shipping?
We can arrange the shipping according to customers’ different requests.
Q10.How long of the products warrantee?
Main structure 1 year, and accessory 1-3 years based on assortment.
Q11.Does your timber anti-termit?
Yes,our timber is anti-insect, and it need a certain maintenance according to manual.
Q12. Does the timber has treatment?
Our timber has Kiln treatment, but without any chemical treatment,its match the Europe and US safety standard.
